摘　　要：溜井的稳定运行在井下采场铲运倒矿、铁路运输以及回采效率提升等方面起着至关重要的作用,它决定着一个矿山的生产效率。本文通过讨论地下矿溜井施工、放矿运行、维护等环节过程的安全管理措施及落实,从而提高采场回采、倒矿效率,减少溜井蓬矿的发生频次,保证矿石溜井高效、安全运行。The stable operation of the chute plays a crucial role in underground mining operations such as ore excavation,railway transportation,and improving mining efficiency.It determines the production efficiency of a mine.This article discusses the safety management measures and implementation of underground mine chute construction,ore drawing operation,maintenance and other processes,in order to improve the efficiency of mining and ore dumping in the mining area,reduce the frequency of ore caving in the chute,and ensure the efficient and safe operation of the ore chute.
