摘 要:本文旨在对热轧钢卷出现的边裂缺陷进行深入剖析。通过对产品边裂处显微组织结构的观察与晶粒大小的测量,结合对现场实际生产情况的分析,确定了板带产品中存在的混晶现象是导致产品纵向力学性能不均匀,进而引发产品边裂缺陷出现的主要原因。在此基础上,本文对混晶产生的原因进行了研究,确定了混晶组织是由精轧工序带钢横向温度差造成的,并针对性地提出了相应的管控措施,使带钢宽度方向的横向温差≤20℃,以达到消除混晶组织,提高成材率的技术目的。This article aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of edge cracking defects in hot-rolled steel coils.By observing the microstructure and measuring the grain size at the edge crack of the product,combined with analyzing the actual production situation on site,it was determined that the mixed crystal phenomenon in the strip product is the main cause of the uneven longitudinal mechanical properties of the product,which leads to the occurrence of edge crack defects.On this basis,this article studied the causes of mixed crystal formation and determined that the mixed crystal structure is caused by the transverse temperature difference of the precision rolling process strip steel.Corresponding control measures were proposed to ensure that the transverse temperature difference in the width direction of the strip steel is≤20℃,in order to eliminate the mixed crystal structure and improve the yield rate.
