摘  要:石英砂是重要的非金属矿产资源,在现代工业中有广泛应用,然而天然石英砂中杂质含量高,难以满足高端领域的需求。本文系统分析了国内外高纯石英砂选矿与深加工技术的研究现状,重点介绍了破碎筛分、磁选浮选、酸碱浸取、热处理改性等关键工艺。同时,针对不同应用领域对石英砂品质的具体要求,提出了静电分级与表面改性等精细化加工方法。综合利用各种物理化学手段,可制备出高纯度、粒度分布可控的超高纯石英砂产品,从而推动我国高端石英砂产业的发展。Quartz sand is an important non-metallic mineral resource,which is widely used in modern industry.However,the impurity content in natural quartz sand is high,so it is difficult to meet the needs of high-end fields.This paper systematically analyzes the research status of high purity quartz sand ore dressing and deep processing technology at home and abroad,and mainly introduces the key processes of crushing screening,magnetic flotation,acid-alkali leaching and heat treatment modification.According to the specific requirements of quartz sand quality in different application fields,the fine processing methods such as electrostatic grading and surface modification are put forward.Using various physical and chemical means,ultra-high purity quartz sand products with high purity and controllable grain size distribution can be prepared,so as to promote the development of high-end quartz sand industry in China.
