摘 要:本文建立在智能化采煤工作面的工艺研究和放顶煤开采工艺的理论基础上,结合当前国内先进的智能放顶煤开采工艺,以新疆某矿智能综放工作面开采为研究对象,对该采煤工作面在中山区侏罗纪煤层群和倾斜特厚煤层的智能化开采工艺、智能综放设备应用和功能发挥、智能化开采技术以及智能放顶煤开采过程中的煤炭资源回收等方面开展综合性实践研究。得出,智能化开采技术在开采过程中在减人、提效、增安方面取得效果,在提高资源回收率方面所取得的经验做法以及下一步需要持续改进的方向。This paper is based on the technology research of the intelligent coal face and the theory of the top-coal caving mining technology,combined with the advanced domestic intelligent top-coal caving mining technology,taking the mining of intelligent fully mechanized top coal caving face in Xinjiang as the research object,a comprehensive practical study has been carried out on the intelligent mining technology,application and function of intelligent fully mechanized caving equipment,intelligent mining technology and coal resource recovery in the process of intelligent top-coal caving mining in the Jurassic coal seam group and inclined extra-thick coal seam in Zhongshan District,Taipei.The results show that the intelligent mining technology is effective in reducing people,improving efficiency and increasing safety in the mining process,and the experience in improving the recovery rate of resources and the direction of continuous improvement in the next step.
