摘　　要：在冷连轧生产中,断带是一种常见事故。发生断带事故会直接导致生产线停机,作业率下降,同时事故部位带钢成为废品,酸洗部位产品质量降级。当发生严重断带事故时,还会造成轧辊粘钢、爆辊,增加轧辊消耗。本文通过对冷连轧轧机断带的各种原因,如原料质量、酸洗切边不良等原因进行了分析和研究,提出了减少断带的各种措施,为冷连轧生产提供指导。In cold rolling production,strip breakage is a common accident.The occurrence of strip breakage accidents can directly cause the production line to shut down,reduce the operating rate,and at the same time,the damaged strip steel becomes scrap.The quality of the pickled products is degraded.When a serious strip breakage accident occurs,it can also cause the rolling mill to stick to steel,burst,and increase the consumption of the rolling mill.This article analyzes and studies various reasons for strip breakage in cold rolling mills,such as raw material quality,poor pickling and edge cutting,and proposes various measures to reduce strip breakage,providing guidance for cold rolling production.
