摘　　要：本文以国内某大型钢铁企业1580 mm热连轧精轧弯窜系统改造项目为例,介绍了CVC轧机弯窜系统由移动式弯辊结构改造成固定式弯辊结构的改造原因、改造技术难点,并对改造实践经验进行了总结,为以后弯窜系统改造项目提供相关技术参考。This article takes the renovation project of the 1580mm hot rolling and precision rolling bending system of a large domestic steel enterprise as an example,introduces the reasons and technical difficulties of the transformation of the CVC rolling mill bending system from a mobile bending roll structure to a fixed bending roll structure,and summarizes the practical experience of the transformation,providing relevant technical references for future bending system renovation projects.
