摘 要:起重机起升机构上下限位作为起重机的重要保护装置,为保证其工作可靠有效,通常会设置两种不同结构形式的装置,本文通过分析起重机起升机构工作原理,结合现有四种常见结构形式的限位装置,提出了一种断火式下降限位结构:该结构通过在起重机小车架平面上设置限制拉索限制起重钢丝绳在卷筒上的最少安全缠绕圈数,当实际小于该圈数时,限制拉索受起升钢丝绳推动产生的外力通过转向滑轮、张紧弹簧装置传递至拨叉断开动力电源,实现起升机构的下降限位功能。通过实际安装应用的成功案例,充分验证了此装置的可行性。As an important protective device for cranes,the upper and lower limits of the crane lifting mechanism are usually installed in two different structural forms to ensure their reliable and effective operation.This article analyzes the working principle of the crane lifting mechanism and combines the existing four common structural forms of limit devices,A cut-off type descent limit structure is proposed:this structure limits the minimum number of safe winding turns of the lifting steel wire rope on the drum by setting a limit cable on the plane of the crane frame.When the actual number of turns is less than this,the external force generated by the limit cable driven by the lifting steel wire rope is transmitted through the steering pulley and tension spring device to the fork to disconnect the power supply,achieving the descent limit function of the lifting mechanism.The feasibility of this device has been fully verified through successful cases of actual installation and application.
