摘　　要：改革开放后,我国的工业化进程不断的加快和提升,其中钢铁行业的发展在其中起到了至关重要的作用,在整个行业发展的过程中,冶炼机械设备是不可避免的应用之一,同时也是钢铁行业生产中关键的组成部分,这决定了产品的质量以及施工的效率,尤其是在改革深化阶段,随着现代化的建设推进,企业为了增强效益,就必须加强行业节能减排以及效率转化,这是行业中冶炼机械设备质量的根本。但是作为机械设备,在生产和使用的过程中难免会有故障问题的产生,这就需要对设备故障进行尽早的诊断并及时进行处理,这样才能够保证行业的可持续发展。After the reform and opening up,China's industrialization process constantly accelerating and improve,the development of the steel industry has played a vital role in which,in the process of the industry development,smelting machinery and equipment is one of the inevitable application,is also the key part of steel production,which determines the quality of the product and construction efficiency of the reform stage,with the construction of modernization,enterprises in order to enhance efficiency,we must strengthen industry energy conservation and emissions reduction and efficiency,this is the quality of smelting machinery and equipment in the industry.However,as a mechanical equipment,in the process of production and use,there will inevitably be fault problems,which requires the equipment failure diagnosis as soon as possible and timely treatment,so as to ensure the sustainable development of the industry.
