摘  要:通过对西藏驱龙铜矿皮带机钢结构制作项目钢管槽口型式、开槽技术要求进行统计分析,设计了一种三抓卡盘定位式钢管开槽装置。该装置主要包括底座、定位机构、升降平台、防滚动装置、导轨等部分,可实现不同管径、不同长度、不同开槽型式的钢管开槽作业,且其结构简单、制作成本低廉、操作简便、作业精度高。该装置的使用极大地提高了传统人工开槽作业的质量和效率,实现了半自动化开槽作业,开槽作业精度满足技术要求,方便组装焊接作业,为下一步插件连接提供了可靠的保障。Based on the statistical analysis of the groove type and grooving technical requirements of steel pipe for the steel structure production project of belt conveyor in Qulong Copper Mine,Xizang Province,a three-grip chuck positioning type steel pipe grooving device is designed.The device mainly includes a base,positioning mechanism,lifting platform,anti-rolling device,guide rail and other parts,which can realize the grooving operation of different pipe diameters,different lengths and different grooving types,and its structure is simple,the production cost is low,the operation is simple and the operation precision is high.The use of the device greatly improves the quality and efficiency of the traditional manual slotting operation,realizes the semi-automatic slotting operation,the slotting operation precision meets the technical requirements,facilitates the assembly and welding operation,and provides a reliable guarantee for the next plug-in connection.
