云物流支持下的“县——乡—村”三级配送网络研究——基于乡村振兴战略视角

摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的深入实施,农村物流成为连接城乡经济、促进农村经济发展的重要纽带。然而,“县—乡—村”三级配送网络受基础设施、信息化水平不足等多方面因素的影响,配送效率较低、成本较高。云物流作为一种集成互联网、云计算等信息技术的新型物流模式,可以实现对物流资源的高效配置和对物流过程的实时监控,有利于优化农村物流体系。因此,文章基于乡村振兴战略视角,探讨云物流支持下的“县—乡—村”三级配送网络构建,以期为农村物流发展提供理论参考。With the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalisation strategy,rural logistics has become an important link connecting urban and rural economies and promoting rural economic development.However,the"county-township-village"threetier distribution network is affected by many factors,such as insufficient infrastructure and information technology level,which leads to the low delivery efficiency and high cost.Cloud logistics,as a new logistics model integrating the Internet,cloud computing and other information technologies,can achieve the efficient allocation of logistics resources and real-time monitoring of the logistics process,which is conducive to the optimisation of the rural logistics system.Therefore,based on the perspective of rural revitalisation strategy,this paper discusses the construction of"county-village-village"three-tier distribution network under the support of cloud logistics,in order to provide theoretical suggestions for the development of rural logistics.
