摘　　要：近年来,随着“一带一路”倡议的推进,山西省的跨境物流产业得到了快速发展。然而,从目前发展形势来看,山西省的跨境电商物流依然存在着基础设施不完善、物流成本高、通关效率低、退换货物流难以实现、法律法规不健全、物流信息化水平低、缺乏专业的人才等问题,这些问题严重影响着山西省跨境电商物流发展的步伐。基于此,文章针对山西省跨境电商物流所面临的困境,提出了具体的发展路径及对策建议,以期提升山西省跨境电商物流的发展水平。In recent years,with the proposal of the Belt and Road Initiative,the cross-border logistics industry in Shanxi Province has developed rapidly.However,from the current development situation,the cross-border e-commerce logistics in Shanxi Province still faces problems,such as incomplete infrastructure,high logistics costs,low customs clearance efficiency,difficulty in implementing return and exchange logistics,incomplete laws and regulations,low level of logistics informatization,and lack of professional talents,which seriously affect the development of cross-border e-commerce logistics in Shanxi Province.Based on this,this article proposes specific development paths and policy recommendations for the current challenges faced by cross-border e-commerce logistics in Shanxi Province,aiming to enhance the development level of cross-border e-commerce logistics in Shanxi Province.
