摘　　要：随着全球化经济发展和市场竞争加剧,物流管理和供应链优化成为公司提升核心竞争力的关键途径。文章以食品行业公司ZW公司为研究对象,通过对其供应链现状的深入分析,揭示供应链存在的问题,并提出供应链优化策略。研究采用案例分析法,结合供应链管理的理论基础,对ZW公司的供应链结构、流程、信息技术的应用进行系统分析和研究。结果表明,通过优化供应商管理、生产流程、物流成本控制和利用信息技术提升物流服务,ZW公司能够有效提高供应链的整体效率和响应速度,增强市场竞争力。文章的创新之处在于结合了现代信息技术,特别是大数据与物联网技术,在供应链优化方面提出了实用的策略和建议,并为类似企业的供应链优化提供了理论和实践指导。With the development of globalized economy and the intensification of market competition,logistics management and supply chain optimization have become key ways for companies to enhance their core competitiveness.This study takes ZW Company,a food company,as the research object,and through the in-depth analysis of its supply chain status,reveals the problems existing in the supply chain,and proposes supply chain optimization strategies.The study adopts the case analysis method,and combines the theoretical foundation of supply chain management,to systematically analyze and study the supply chain structure,process,information technology application,and other aspects of ZW Company.The results indicate that by optimizing supplier management,production processes,and logistics cost control,and utilizing information technology to enhance logistics services,ZW Company can effectively improve the overall efficiency and response speed of the supply chain,and enhance market Competitiveness.The innovation of this study lies in the combination of modern information technology,especially big data and Internet of Things technology,proposing practical strategies and suggestions in supply chain optimization,and providing theoretical and practical guidance for similar enterprises.
