摘　　要：近年来,数字化运动康复评估与训练是康复医学领域的重要发展方向,现代信息技术、人工智能与运动康复技术的融合,能够为患者提供更加精准、高效的康复服务。该文以全膝关节置换术患者为例,利用PK252平衡仪、Walker view数字化跑台和D-WALL数字墙进行数智康复评估与训练,探讨数字化运动康复评估与训练的实践应用,为临床实践提供新的技术手段,为推动运动康复的数字智能化发展提供有力支持。Digital sports rehabilitation assessment and training is an important development direction in the field of rehabilitation medicine in recent years.Through the integration of modern information technology,artificial intelligence and sports rehabilitation technology,more accurate and efficient rehabilitation services are provided for patients.Taking total knee arthroplasty patient as an example,this paper uses PK252 balancing apparatus,Walker view digital treadmill and D-WALL digital wall to conduct digital intelligence rehabilitation assessment and training,discusses the practical application of digital sports rehabilitation assessment and training,and provides new technical means for clinical practice,providing strong support for promoting the digital intelligent development of sports rehabilitation.
