低强度血流限制训练对高运动需求者前交叉韧带重建术后恢复效果研究

摘  要:观察低强度血流限制训练对高运动需求者前交叉韧带术后早期康复的效果。随机把36名前交叉韧带(ACL)术后的高运动需求者分成实验组、对照组,每组18人。每组均进行为期12周的综合性康复训练和肌肉力量训练,实验组在肌肉力量训练的基础上增加低强度血流限制训练,观察两组患者康复12周前后Lysholm评分、IKDC评分和等速肌力测试结果。结果:两组较治疗前Lysholm评分均有改善(P<0.05),实验组在等速肌力测试和IKDC评分上均有提升(P<0.05),且实验组的腘绳肌耐力优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低强度血流限制训练可以有效增强高运动需求者ACL术后下肢肌肉力量,改善患者生活质量,值得进一步推广应用。The objective is to observe the effect of low-intensity blood flow restriction training on early postoperative rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)in high sports demanders.Thirty-six high sports demanders after ACL were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 18 people in each group.Each group underwent 12 weeks of comprehensive rehabilitation and muscle strength training,and the experimental group added low-intensity blood flow restriction training on the basis of muscle strength training.The results of Lysholm score,IKDC score and isometric muscle strength test were observed before and after 12 weeks of rehabilitation in the 2 groups.Results:Both groups showed improvement in Lysholm score before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group showed improvement in isometric muscle strength test and IKDC score(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group in popliteal endurance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-intensity blood flow restriction training can effectively improve the lower limb muscle strength after ACL in high sports demanders and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
