摘 要:该文旨在探究体育舞蹈训练中的体能素质提升策略,以促进舞蹈者的身体素质和表现水平的提升。通过对体能素质的概念和重要性等进行分析,结合实际舞蹈训练情况,探讨了柔韧性训练、肌肉力量训练、耐力训练、爆发力训练、协调性训练和心肺功能训练等策略的有效性和实施方法。研究发现,综合运用多种训练策略可以有效提升舞蹈者的体能素质水平,提高其在舞蹈表演中的技巧水平和艺术表现能力。This research aims to explore the strategies for enhancing physical fitness in Sports Dance training to improve dancers'physical fitness and performance levels.Through analyzing the concept and importance of physical fitness,combined with the actual situation of dance training,the effectiveness and implementation methods of strategies such as flexibility training,muscle strength training,endurance training,explosive power training,coordination training,and cardiovascular function training are discussed.The research has found that the comprehensive use of various training strategies can effectively enhance dancers'physical fitness levels,thereby improving their technical and artistic performance in dance.
