摘 要:该文采用实验方法,将本体感觉结合核心力量训练应用于高校攀岩专项学生的训练,并与单纯的核心力量训练进行对比分析,探讨不同训练方式对学生功能性动作筛查(FMS)评分的影响。研究结果显示,在为期8周的实验前后,本体感觉结合核心力量训练对提高FMS评分有显著的积极作用,表明这种训练方法能有效改善躯干力量,并提高关节处本体感觉信息传递的准确性。The research uses experimental methods to apply the combination of proprioception and core strength training to the training of college students majoring in rock climbing,and compares and analyzes it with pure core strength training to explore the impact of different strength training on Functional Movement Screening(FMS)of college students majoring in Rock Climbing.The research results indicate that the combination of proprioception and core strength training has a more positive effect on improving FMS through a comparison before and after an 8-week experiment,indicating that proprioception combined with core strength training can effectively improve trunk strength and the accuracy of proprioception information located in joint tendons controlled by the nervous system.
