摘　　要：党和国家高度重视体育教育,新时代对体育教师提出了新要求。为此,该文运用文献研究法、半结构式访谈法等方法,对S市W区体育师资队伍建设展开探索与思考。为解决目前体育与健康师资队伍存在的一些问题,提出提高体育与健康学科重要性、优化体育与健康师资队伍管理机制、推进体育与健康教师教育综合改革的解决策略。The Party and the state attach great importance to physical education,and the new era has put forward new requirements for PE teachers.This study uses methods such as Literature review and Semi-Structured Interviews to explore and reflect on the construction of PE teacher team in W District of S City.To address some of the issues in the current physical education and health teacher team,solutions are proposed:Increasing the importance of physical education and health disciplines,optimizing the management mechanism of physical education and health teacher team,and promoting comprehensive reform of physical education and health teacher education.
