摘  要:运用文献资料法、逻辑思维法、SWOT分析法等研究方法,探讨新时代体育强国建设下高校校园足球裁判员的培养困囿和纾解策略,为培育专业化的足球裁判人才奠定基础性支撑。通过构建SWOT分析的战略矩阵模型,指出高校校园足球裁判员培养的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战。基于此,提出以下高校校园足球裁判员培养的纾解策略:完善裁判课程内容,提高裁判员培育的系统性;缩短物资发放周期,简化领取流程;根据不同层次合理设置培养目标,明晰自身价值定位;完善校内裁判社团体系,加强业务探讨交流;制定相关福利政策,解决学生裁判员后顾之忧。Using research methods such as Literature Review,Logical Thinking,SWOT Analysis,this article explores the difficulties and relief strategies for the cultivation of college campuse football referees under the construction of a sports power in the new era,laying a fundamental support for cultivating professional football referees.By constructing a SWOT analysis strategic matrix model,it points out the strengths,weakness,opportunities,and threats of cultivating college campus football referees.Based on this,the following relief strategies for the alleviation of football referees'cultivation in college campuses are proposed:Improving the content of referee courses to enhance the systematic cultivation of referees;Shortening the cycle of material distribution and simplifying the process of claiming remuneration;Setting reasonable cultivation goals for different levels and clarifying their own value positioning;improving the on-campus referee community system and strengthen business discussion and exchange;formulate relevant welfare policies to solve the worries of student referees.
