摘 要:镁由于其独特的金属性质,成为二十世纪最受欢迎的轻金属材料,围绕其延伸的镁合金材料在汽车领域、电子、军事领域等广泛应用,作为储氢材料也是备受现代前沿科技的青睐。同时,镁电解技术相对于皮江法炼镁更加环保、节能。随着镁电解技术的发展,电解槽类型又有了不同类型的发展。某公司前期引进的是单极电解槽,但是在生产过程中,该电解槽生产不稳定,能耗及原料消耗较高,氯气浓度低、洁净度差和氯气处理成本高,对于企业的发展非常不利。经过多种类型电解槽的技术对比,拟计划采用无水氯化镁颗粒熔化净化-多极槽电解生产金属镁工艺技术。Magnesium,due to its unique metallic properties,has become the most popular light metal material in the 20th century.Magnesium alloy materials extending around it are widely used in the automotive,electronic,military and other fields.As a hydrogen storage material,it is also highly favored by modern cutting-edge technology.Meanwhile,magnesium electrolysis technology is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving compared to the Pidgeon process for refining magnesium.With the development of magnesium electrolysis technology,there have been different types of electrolytic cells.A certain company introduced a unipolar electrolytic cell in the early stage,but during the production process,the production of the electrolytic cell was unstable,with high energy and raw material consumption,low chlorine gas concentration,poor cleanliness,and high chlorine gas treatment costs,which were very unfavorable for the development of the enterprise.After comparing various types of electrolytic cells,it is planned to adopt the process technology of melting and purifying anhydrous magnesium chloride particles and producing magnesium metal through multipole cell electrolysis.
