摘　　要：本文对预焙阳极厂的工艺路线和设备选型进行了探讨,详细描述了预焙阳极生产过程中的关键工序,包括原料预处理、生阳极制造、焙烧等工序,分析了适用于各工序的设备,并针对具体的产能给出了设备选型建议,以实现高效、优质的预焙阳极生产。In this paper,the process route and equipment selection of prebaked anode plant are discussed.The key processes in the production of prebaked anodes,including raw material pretreatment,green anode manufacturing,baking,etc.,are described in detail,and the equipment applicable to each process is analyzed and the equipment selection suggestions are given for specific production capacity,in order to achieve high efficiency and high quality prebaked anode production.
