摘 要:矿山机电设备对于工作条件普遍具有较高要求,一旦出现设备故障,就会对整体采矿工作带来影响,严重时还会引发生产事故。伴随矿山机电设备自动化水平的逐渐提升,人们对其安全问题也更加关注,为确保设备安全运作,保障现场工作人员的人身财产安全,所以,加强机电设备的故障检测与诊断十分重要。本文分析了智能故障检测诊断技术在矿山机电设备中的应用,以期促进矿山的安全开采。Mine mechanical and electrical equipment generally has high requirements for working conditions.Once equipment failure occurs,it will have an impact on the overall mining work,and will cause production accidents in serious cases.With the gradual improvement of the automation level of mine mechanical and electrical equipment,people pay more attention to its safety issues.In order to ensure the safe operation of equipment and the personal and property safety of site staff,it is very important to strengthen the fault detection and diagnosis of mechanical and electrical equipment.This paper analyzes the application of intelligent fault detection and diagnosis technology in mine electromechanical equipment in order to promote the safe mining in mines.
