摘 要:本文主要探讨了铝合金大型薄壁平板件反重力铸造技术的要点。首先,介绍了铝合金薄壁平板件在航空航天领域的重要应用和挑战。其次,介绍了模拟仿真技术在反重力铸造中的应用。随后,分析了传统铸造工艺中出现的问题,包括材料性能不稳定、组织缺陷以及壁厚不均匀、加工工艺复杂等。接着,详细介绍了低压铸造、真空吸铸、差压铸造、调压铸造、射压铸造技术、等温引射铸造技术和液态金属电磁悬浮技术等新型反重力铸造技术的原理和应用情况。最后,总结了本文的研究成果,并指出了未来铝合金大型薄壁平板件反重力铸造技术研究的方向和挑战。本文的研究结果对提高铝合金大型薄壁平板件的铸造质量和效率,推动铸造技术的发展和创新具有重要的意义。This article mainly discusses the key points of anti gravity casting technology for large thin-walled aluminum alloy flat parts.Firstly,the important applications and challenges of aluminum alloy thin-walled flat parts in the aerospace field were introduced.Secondly,the application of simulation technology in anti gravity casting was introduced.Subsequently,the problems encountered in traditional casting processes were analyzed,including unstable material properties,structural defects,uneven wall thickness,and complex processing techniques.Subsequently,the principles and applications of new anti gravity casting technologies such as low-pressure casting,vacuum suction casting,differential pressure casting,pressure regulating casting,injection casting technology,isothermal injection casting technology,and liquid metal electromagnetic suspension technology were introduced in detail.Finally,the research results of this article are summarized,and the direction and challenges of future research on anti gravity casting technology for large thin-walled aluminum alloy flat parts are pointed out.The research results of this article are of great significance for improving the casting quality and efficiency of large thin-walled aluminum alloy flat parts,and promoting the development and innovation of casting technology.
