摘 要:某金多金属矿石中伴生多种有价元素,关键矿物的分布特性显著且颗粒极微小。为了最大化提取这些价值,本文设计并实施了一种特别的处理策略即铜优先浮选联合金钴混选浮选工艺流程。这一创新方法成功地实现了对矿石中有价金属的有效分级分离。通过闭路试验获得了较为准确的结果:产出的铜精矿具有228.00g/t的高纯度Au含量,回收率12.19%,Ag品位 974.00g/t,回收率37.71%,Cu品位为27.590%,回收率可达到80.65%的精铜矿。另外,还有Au品位65.00g/t,回收率57.22%,Ag品位为28.00g/t,回收率17.86%,Co品位为0.5500%,具有53.02%回收率的金钴精矿。Multiple valuable elements are associated in a certain gold polymetallic ore,and the distribution characteristics of key minerals are significant with extremely small particles.In order to maximize the extraction of these values,this article designs and implements a special processing strategy,namely copper priority flotation combined with gold cobalt mixed flotation process flow.This innovative method has successfully achieved effective classification and separation of valuable metals in ores.Accurate results were obtained through closed-circuit testing:the produced copper concentrate has a high-purity Au content of 228.00g/t,a recovery rate of 12.19%,an Ag grade of 974.00g/t,a recovery rate of 37.71%,a Cu grade of 27.590%,and a recovery rate of 80.65% for refined copper ore.In addition,there are gold cobalt concentrates with Au grade of 65.00g/t,recovery rate of 57.22%,Ag grade of 28.00g/t,recovery rate of 17.86%,Co grade of 0.5500%,and a recovery rate of 53.02%.
