摘　　要：真空抬包是电解铝生产企业高温铝液中转不可缺少的重要设备,是电解铝生产企业在系列生产运行前固定投资的设备,具有设计使用寿命长、使用频率高、耐高温和密封要求严格的特点。随着真空抬包投产使用时间延长,陆续会出现出铝效率低下、出铝吸铝管消耗量大导致生产成本增加、增加操作人员劳动强度、存在一定的安全、环境污染等风险。鉴于此,本文结合作者多年电解铝生产管理经验,对长期使用后的真空抬包可能出现的诸类问题逐一进行探讨分析。Vacuum lifting is an essential equipment for high-temperature aluminum liquid transfer in electrolytic aluminum production enterprises.It is a fixed investment equipment for electrolytic aluminum production enterprises before series production and operation.It has the characteristics of long design service life,high frequency of use,high temperature resistance,and strict sealing requirements.With the extension of the production and use time of vacuum lifting bags,there will be low aluminum production efficiency,high consumption of aluminum suction tubes,increased production costs,increased labor intensity of operators,and certain risks of safety and environmental pollution.In view of this,this article combines the author's years of experience in electrolytic aluminum production management to explore and analyze various possible problems that may occur after long-term use of vacuum lifting bags.
