摘 要:铜电解过程中,电流效率是极为重要的经济技术指标。随着国家绿色发展政策的实施,工业用电电价逐渐上升,铜电解过程电流效率的控制就显得尤为重要。本文分析总结了影响铜电解电流效率的各因素,针对其中极间距、槽电压等重要影响因素,提出了铜电解电效控制措施方法,可以有效提高和稳定电流效率,对降低铜电解生产成本有参考价值。In the process of copper electrolysis,current efficiency is an extremely important economic and technical indicator.W ith the implementation of national green development policies,industrial electricity prices are gradually increasing,and the control of current efficiency in copper electrolysis process is particularly important.T his article analyzes and summarizes the various factors that affect the current efficiency of copper electrolysis.In response to important factors such as pole spacing and slot voltage,measures and methods for controlling the current efficiency of copper electrolysis are proposed,which can effectively improve and stabilize the current efficiency and have reference value for reducing the production cost of copper electrolysis.
