摘 要:近几年,我国多地冶炼厂选择引入铜冶炼项目,该项目往往要用到阳极炉、转炉等设备,冶炼过程中产生的烟气、尾气含有大量SO2,这也决定了制酸尾气、环集烟气均要经过脱硫处理,达到行业标准后才能排放到外界。文章便以铜冶炼项目为落脚点,首先介绍了现有脱硫工艺的原理、装置运行情况,其次讨论了脱硫工艺的优化方向,随后介绍了全新脱硫工艺的原理、运行流程,最后针对试运行期间所发现的问题,分别提出了可行的解决方案。希望能够给人以启发,为全新脱硫工艺的大范围推广奠基。In recent years,many smelters in China have chosen to introduce copper smelting projects,which often require the use of anode furnaces,converters,and other equipment.T he flue gas and exhaust gas generated during the smelting process contain a large amount of SO2,which also determines that the acid making exhaust gas and environmental collection exhaust gas must undergo desulfurization treatment to meet industry standards before being discharged to the outside world.T he article takes the copper smelting project as the starting point.Firstly,it introduces the principle of existing desulfurization processes and the operation of the equipment.Secondly,it discusses the optimization direction of desulfurization processes.T hen,it introduces the principle and operation process of the new desulfurization process.Finally,feasible solutions are proposed for the problems discovered during the trial operation.I hope to provide inspiration and lay the foundation for the large-scale promotion of the new desulfurization process.
