摘 要:为了研究混合螺旋的结构参数对现场混装重铵油炸药制备的影响规律,借助流体模拟仿真技术,通过控制变量法,分析螺旋在不同螺距与转速下乳胶基质与粒状硝铵两相流的流场情况。结果表明:螺距对乳胶基质和粒状硝铵的混合影响更明显,转速对轴功率的影响更大;在功率允许范围内,可通过适当降低螺距、增大转速来提高重铵油炸药的混合效果,并推算出轴功率,为混合螺旋的结构优化提供理论依据。In order to study the effect of the structure parameters of the mixing screw on the preparation of heavy ANFO mixed on site,the flow field of the emulsion matrix and granular ammonium nitrate two-phase flow under different pitch and speed of the spiral was analyzed by using the fluid simulation technology and the control variable method.T he results showed that the influence of pitch on the mixing of the emulsion matrix and granular ammonium nitrate is more obvious,and the influence of rotational speed on shaft power is greater.In the allowable power,the mixing effect of heavy ANFO would be improved by appropriately reducing pitch and increasing speed,and the shaft power would be calculated,which provided a theoretical basis for the structure optimization of the mixing screw.
