摘　　要：中色大冶环保升级改造转炉车间新增3台75T双梁起重机实现吊包作业,由于车间上方温度高,吊车操作环境恶劣,为改善人工作业环境,将传统自动化行车升级为智能行车,实现远程遥控及半自动控制。转炉车间3台75T智能包子吊主要用来转运冰铜、渣、冷料,是电炉、转炉、阳极炉转运的关键设备,为公司重点管控的A类设备,安全系统要求高。冶化改造后的75T智能包子吊采用ABB的ACS880变频驱动系统N5050电子防摇功能,有效的解决了原来转炉50T继电控制方式包子吊转运过程中包子摆动的安全隐患问题,有效提高了转运含铜物料的安全性。Three 75T intelligent baozi cranes in the converter workshop of Zhongse Daye Smelter are mainly used to transport ice copper,slag,and cold materials.They are key equipment for the transportation of electric furnaces,converters,and anode furnaces.They are Class A equipment that the company focuses on controlling,and have high safety system requirements.The 75T intelligent baozi crane after metallurgical transformation adopts ABB's ACS880 variable frequency drive system N5050 electronic anti shake function,effectively solving the safety hazards of baozi swinging during the transportation process of the original converter 50T relay control mode baozi crane,and effectively improving the safety of transporting copper containing materials.
