摘 要:本研究针对陇西北地区某石英细脉带型钨矿进行了详尽的矿石性质及选矿工艺研究。矿石化学分析显示WO_(3)含量约为0.3%,达到了工业开采的最低品位,同时伴有较低含量的银元素。钨物相分析确定了黑钨矿为矿石中的主导钨矿物,占WO_(3)总量的主要比例。矿物成分及嵌布特征分析表明,矿石结构简单,主要由黑钨矿和黄铁矿组成,伴生矿物主要为辉钼矿和石榴子石,这有助于选矿过程中的有效分离。选矿工艺研究指出,利用重选和浮选结合的方法可以有效地回收钨矿。结构构造分析揭示矿体以脉状和浸染状构造为主,为后续选矿工艺的优化提供了依据。This study conducted a detailed study on the ore properties and beneficiation process of a quartz vein belt type tungsten mine in the northwest region of Gansu province.The chemical analysis of the ore shows that the WO_(3) content is about 0.3%,reaching the lowest grade for industrial mining,accompanied by a lower content of silver element.The tungsten phase analysis determined that scheelite is the dominant tungsten mineral in the ore,accounting for the main proportion of the total WO_(3).The analysis of mineral composition and distribution characteristics shows that the ore structure is simple,mainly composed of scheelite and pyrite,and the associated minerals are mainly molybdenite and garnet,which is helpful for effective separation in the beneficiation process.Research on mineral processing technology indicates that the combination of gravity separation and flotation can effectively recover tungsten ore.The structural analysis reveals that the ore body is mainly composed of vein like and impregnated structures,providing a basis for the optimization of subsequent beneficiation processes.
