摘 要:在电解铝生产过程中,产生大量的含氟烟气,含氟烟气对人体和环境造成极大伤害,采用氧化铝干法烟气净化是目前最经济有效的净化技术,既降低了烟气中氟化物的含量,又有效回收了氟化物,降低了氟化盐的消耗。本文结合净化生产实际,从电解铝烟气氧化铝干法净化工艺全流程、系统性研判,分析影响载氟系数的因素,从而加以改进,降低烟气氟化物浓度,提高氧化铝载氟系数。In the process of electrolytic aluminum production,a large amount of fluorine-containing flue gas is produced,which causes great harm to human body and environment.T he use of alumina dry gas purification is the most economical and effective purification technology at present,which not only reduces the content of fluoride in flue gas,but also effectively recovers fluoride and reduces the consumption of fluoride salt.In this paper,combined with the actual purification production,the whole process of electrolytic aluminum flue gas and alumina dry purification process was systematically studied and judged to analyze the factors affecting the fluorine carrying coefficient,so as to improve it,reduce the fluoride concentration of flue gas and increase the fluorine carrying coefficient of alumina.
