摘  要:通过优化基体改进剂、灰化温度、原子化温度等仪器分析条件,研究石墨管使用次数的对测定结果影响,建立了石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定固体废弃物中铊元素含量的方法。结果表明,复合基体改进剂硝酸钯+抗坏血酸体系为最优基体改进剂,采用该复合基体改进剂,灰化温度采用600℃,原子化温度采用2100℃,可实现固体废弃物中铊的最优分析性能。优化条件下,该方法的检出限为1.67μg/L。固体废弃物标准物质RMU026a的测定均值再标准值范围内。固体废弃物标准物质以及固体废弃物实际样品的测定结果的相对标准偏差范围在5.8%~14.75%。精密度和准确度均满足实验室分析的要求。By optimizing the analytical conditions of matrix improver,ashing temperature and atomization temperature,the influence of the use times of graphite tube on the determination results was studied,and a method for the determination of thallium in solid waste by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was established.T he results show that palladium nitrate+ascorbic acid composite matrix modifier is the optimal matrix modifier.T he optimum analytical performance of thallium in solid waste can be achieved by using the composite matrix modifier at 600℃ashing temperature and 2100℃atomization temperature.Under optimized conditions,the detection limit of the method was 1.67μg/L.T he measured mean value of solid waste standard material R MU026a is within the range of standard value.T he relative standard deviation of the determination results of solid waste reference materials and actual samples of solid waste ranges from 5.8%to 14.75%.Both precision and accuracy meet the requirements of laboratory analysis.
