基于专利文献分析广东省生物医药发展态势

摘　　要：目的了解广东省生物医药的创新发展态势,为其行业的创新发展提供研究思路。方法利用大为Innojoy专利搜索引擎系统筛选广东省2013年至2023年的重组蛋白、抗体和核酸的相关专利文献数据,采用文献计量学分析法,结合Excel和Origin 2021软件,从生物医药专利的申请量、地域分布、申请人、技术生命周期等方面进行多维度分析。结果近11年来,广东省生物医药行业处于快速发展期,专利申请量整体呈增长态势,但小珠三角各城市的生物医药发展不平衡,高校与企业间的合作较少。深入研究发现,资金条件、人才资源、地理环境和政策支持都影响着地区的生物医药创新发展。结论生物医药产业作为战略性新兴产业,把握国家政策动向,基于自身区域优势,做好产-学-研合作体系集群化发展,在广东省以广州市和深圳市为创新核心,与珠海市、佛山市、惠州市、东莞市、中山市、江门市、肇庆市7个城市加强生物医药创新研发合作,可由点及面辐射式带动广东省的整体生物医药行业和经济体系高质量发展。Objective To understand the innovative development trend of biomedicine in Guangdong Province,and to provide research ideas for the innovative development of the biomedicine industry.Methods Through the Innojoy patent search engine system,relevant patent documents on recombinant proteins,antibodies,and nucleic acids in Guangdong Province from 2013 to 2023 were screened.Bibliometric analysis combined with Excel and Origin 2021 software was performed to conduct a multidimensional analysis from the aspects of biomedicine patent application number,geographical distribution,applicants,and technology life cycle.Results In the past 11 years,the biomedicine industry in Guangdong Province has been in a period of rapid development,with an overall positive growth trend in the number of patent applications.However,the development trend of biomedicine was unbalanced among the cities in the small Pearl River Delta,and there was relatively little cooperation between universities and enterprises.Further research showed that financial terms,talent resources,geographical conditions and government policy support all affected the development of regional biomedical innovation.Conclusion As a strategic emerging industry,the biomedicine industies should grasp the national policy trends,and do a good job in the cluster development of the industry-university-research(IUR)cooperation system based on their regional advantages.With Guangzhou and Shenzhen as the core of innovation research in Guangdong Province,we should strengthen cooperation in biomedicine innovation research and development with seven cities including Zhuhai,Foshan,Huizhou,Dongguan,Zhongshan,Jiangmen,and Zhaoqing,so as to promote the high-quality development of the overall biomedicine industry and economic system in Guangdong province in a point and surface radiation way.
