摘　　要：研究数字金融发展是否平衡和充分对高质量发展起着重要作用。本文利用改进的Hotelling模型理论分析区域间数字金融产生空间溢出效应的必要条件,利用Dagum基尼系数测算结构集中度,运用动态偏离份额模型实证分析数字金融结构不平衡性和空间溢出效应。研究表明,数字金融产生空间溢出效应的必要条件取决于相对服务成本和流动成本。数字金融结构集中度从0.291降至0.048,且覆盖广度处于结构优势状态,使用深度和数字化程度处于结构劣势状态,数字金融发展存在结构性差异。同时,东、西部地区数字金融使用深度和数字化程度发展对中部地区产生负向空间溢出效应,表明数字金融发展还不够充分。本文研究拓展了数字金融发展内在规律的理论认知,为推进其高质量发展提供政策启示。The study of the balance and adequacy of digital financial development plays an important role in high-quality development.The study utilizes the improved Hotelling model to theoretically analyze the necessary conditions for spatial spillovers from digital finance between regions.We use Dagum Gini coefficient to measure the concentration of digital financial structure,and empirically analyze the structural imbalance and the spatial spillover effect of the development of digital finance by applying the dynamic shift share model.The study shows that the necessary conditions for spatial spillovers in digital finance between regions depend on the relative cost of services and the cost of mobility.The concentration of China's digital financial structure declined from 0.291 to 0.048,and the coverage breadth of digital finance is at a structural advantage,and the usage depth and digitization level are at a structural disadvantage.There are some differences in the structure of digital financial development.Further analysis shows that the usage depth and digitization level dimensions in the eastern and western regions have negative spatial spillover effects on the central region,indicating that the development of digital finance is not yet sufficient.The study deepens the theoretical cognition of the inherent law of digital financial development in China,and provides policy insights for promoting the high-quality development of digital finance.
