摘  要:提升供应链网络韧性对于我国经济的稳定发展至关重要。本研究基于复杂网络与级联失效理论,综合考虑节点过载和欠载两种失效机制,构建多主体协同视角下的供应链网络韧性评价与提升策略模型。通过数值仿真构建算例供应链网络,借助模拟实验分析该网络在随机攻击下的级联失效过程和恢复过程,得到算例供应链网络韧性值。在此基础上,分别面向级联失效过程中的可调参数α和β和恢复过程中的恢复策略,提出该算例供应链网络的韧性提升策略:通过调整节点负载分布的均匀程度使其达到中等水平而改变α、通过改变所投入的成本而增大β和优先恢复具有高特征向量中心性的失效节点,验证了该模型的可行性。本文所构建的模型为有效评估和增强供应链网络的韧性水平提供了有益的参考和借鉴,助力国家经济社会可持续稳健发展。Enhancing the resilience of the supply chain network is crucial for the stable development of China’s economy.Based on the theory of complex network and cascade failure,this study constructed a model for measuring and enhancing the resilience of the supply chain network from the perspective of multi-subject synergy,considering the two failure mechanisms of nodes,i.e.overloading and underloading.By constructing the example supply chain network through numerical simulation and analyzing the cascade failure process and recovery process of this network under random attack with the help of simulation experiments,the resilience value of the example supply chain network was obtained.On this basis,the resilience enhancement strategies for the example supply chain network were proposed by focusing on the parametersαandβin the cascade failure process and the recovery strategy in the recovery process,respectively:changeαby adjusting the uniformity of the node load distribution to reach a medium level,increaseβby changing the invested cost,and prioritize the recovery of the failed nodes with high eigenvector centrality,which verified the feasibility of the model.The model constructed in this paper can provide useful references and lessons for effectively measuring and enhancing the resilience level of supply chain networks,and help the country's economic and social development to be sustainable and sound.
