内卷的分形表征、自组织形成机制及其涌现化破解思路

摘　　要：“内卷”是基于(某种)固定逻辑的反复迭代,自组织地形成并维持的一种自我重复的分形结构和信息固化状态。“内卷”的分形特征及其自组织机制具体体现在“规律性、稳定性的有序结构”“主动维持的自适应过程”“外在价值驱动的主体性缺失”“劳动异化引发的自我剥削”和“发展表象下的意义匮乏”五个方面。与分形和自组织(自扩张层面)形成的信息固化形成鲜明对比,“涌现”的本质就是信息的创新和创造。基于自组织涌现机理,可以将破解“内卷”的核心环节概括为“人的主体性发挥”“自我剥削的矛盾循环”“构建新的思维范式”和“价值意义的持续创生”。以此为基点,可以进一步引申出破解“内卷”的核心思路,即“关注内在价值,发挥主体作用”“摆脱二分困境,化解自我剥削”“探索全新思维,发现创造模式”“回归价值理性,确立生命意义”四个主要方面。"Involution"is a self repeating fractal structure and information solidification state formed and maintained through repeated iterations based on a fixed logic.The fractal characteristics of"Involution"and its self-organizing mechanism are specifically reflected in five aspects:"orderly structure with regularity and stability","adaptive process of active maintenance","loss of subjectivity driven by external values","self exploitation triggered by labor alienation",and"meaning deficiency under the surface of development".In sharp contrast to the information solidification of fractal and self-organization(self expansion level),the essence of"emergence"is the innovation and creation of information.Based on the mechanism of self-organization emergence,the core segments of decoding Involution can be summarized as"exertion of human subjectivity","contradiction cycle of self exploitation","building new thinking paradigms",and"continuous creation of value significance".Based on this,the core ideas for decoding"Involution"can be further extended,namely"paying attention to internal value,exerting the role of the subject","getting rid of binary dilemma,resolving self exploitation","exploring new thinking,discovering creative patterns","returning to value rationality,establishing the meaning of life".
