沈阳铁西工人村历史街区室外公共空间适老性分析与优化策略

摘　　要：沈阳铁西工人村是沈阳典型的工业遗产类居住型历史文化街区。工人村街区现有1000余户居住,约40%为老年人,街区居民老龄化程度高,逐渐呈现空巢化、失能化。该文从工人村街区室外公共空间适老性角度,运用空间句法理论对室外公共空间进行量化分析并结合实地调研,归纳出老年人室外公共空间使用情况中存在的矛盾,探究空间形态与老年人群的行为特征关系,在历史文化街区风貌保护的前提下提出优化建议,以期为完善工人村街区室外公共空间适老性功能和提升居民室外活动空间品质提供参考。Shenyang Tiexi Workers'Village is a typical industrial heritage residential historical and cultural district.There are more than 1000 households living in the Workers'Village neighborhood,and about 40%of the residents are elderly people,and the residents in the neighborhood are highly aged,gradually showing empty nesting and disablement.Using the spatial syntax theory,we quantify and analyze the outdoor public spaces in the Workers'Village neighbourhood from the perspective of their suitability for the elderly,and combines this with field research,we summarize the contradictions in the use of outdoor public spaces for the elderly,and explore the relationship between spatial form and the behavioral characteristics of the elderly,and propose suggestions for optimization on the premise of the preservation of the historical and cultural neighbourhood,with a view to improving the suitability of outdoor public spaces in the Workers'Village neighbourhood for the elderly and enhancing the quality of outdoor activity spaces for residents.
