风环境视角下滨江老旧街区局部更新策略研究——以枝江市老正街为例

摘  要:通风可有效改善住区热环境,缓解住区热岛效应,提高环境的热舒适度,降低建筑能耗。对枝江市老正街风环境现状进行现场实测,发现该街区存在风速较低,静风频率较高等问题。将实测与模拟结果对比验证了CFD模拟软件的可行性。基于改善街区夏季室内外热环境和降低建筑能耗,从风环境视角,建立室外风环境舒适度评估标准,通过CFD数值模拟的方法,分析了街区空间要素对风环境的影响,并从迎风面边界建筑治理、疏通巷道、增加空间开敞度三个层面,提出了适合老正街改善风环境、绿色更新策略和具体的改造实施建议,旨在为滨江老旧街区绿色更新的理论研究和实践应用提供借鉴与参考。Ventilation can effectively improve the residential thermal environment,alleviate the residential heat island effect,improve the thermal comfort of the environment,and reduce building energy consumption.The current situation of wind environment in Laozheng Street of Zhijiang City is measured.It is found that the wind speed is low and the frequency of quiet wind is high.The feasibility of CFD simulation software is verified by comparing the measured and simulated results.Based on improving the indoor and outdoor thermal environment of the block in summer and reducing building energy consumption,the evaluation standard of outdoor wind environment comfort is established from the perspective of wind environment.Through CFD numerical simulation,the influence of the spatial elements of the block on wind environment is analyzed.In addition,a proposal is proposed to improve the wind environment suitable for Laocheng Street from three aspects:building management on the boundary of the windward side,dredging the roadway and increasing the space openness.The green renewal strategy and concrete transformation implementation suggestions aim to provide reference for the theoretical research and practical application of the green renewal of old riverside blocks.
