江汉平原乡村聚落人居环境整治设计策略研究——以荆州纪南文旅区纪南镇牌坊村为例

摘　　要：随着我国新型城镇化速度的加快,乡村社会发生巨大的改变,在江汉平原境内的乡村聚落,部分乡村乡土文化衰落,人居环境现状堪忧,缺乏有效公共空间,存在建筑界面拼贴混乱、庭院杂乱等问题。因此如何协调好聚落内乡村公共空间、建筑界面和庭院景观三者之间的关系,是人居环境整治解决的重点问题。该文选取荆州市纪南文旅区纪南镇牌坊村作为研究对象,在遵循整体协调、自然生态、人居为本、文脉延续四大设计原则的基础上,针对性提出江汉平原乡村聚落人居环境在公共空间、建筑界面、庭院景观三个层面的整治策略,为探索江汉平原地区乡村聚落人居环境的营造可持续性提供一定参考与借鉴。With the acceleration of China's new urbanization,rural society has undergone great changes,and in the rural settlements within Jianghan Plain,some rural vernacular culture has declined,and the current situation of the human environment is worrying,with the lack of effective public space,chaotic collage of architectural interfaces,and cluttered courtyards.Therefore,how to coordinate the relationship between rural public space,architectural interface and courtyard landscape in the settlement is the key problem of human environment improvement.Selecting Jingzhou Ji'nan Cultural Tourism District Ji'nan Town Paifang Village as the research object,in accordance with the overall coordination,natural ecology,habitat-based,cultural continuity of the four major design principles,we put forward the remediation strategy of the human environment of rural settlements in Jianghan Plain at three levels:public space,architectural interfaces and courtyard landscapes,so as to provide some reference for exploring the sustainability of the rural settlement environment in Jianghan Plain.
