摘　　要：鸡泽县具有400余年的辣椒种植历史,是闻名全国、在北方具有重要影响的辣椒传统产区,“鸡泽辣椒”2017年入选国家首批特色农产品优势区,2019年获得“国家地理标志产品”认证,2022年入选“农业品牌精品培育计划”。辣椒已成为当地主导产业,辐射带动作用明显,但仍存在传统辣椒种性退化严重、自然灾害及病虫害频发、生产与加工有效衔接不足、产品附加值低等问题,制约了“鸡泽辣椒”产业高质量发展。据此,提出了一系列策略,如推动种业创新发展,建立灾害预警机制、优化辣椒生产与加工衔接效率,发展深加工和推行品牌培育工程等,以期为推进“鸡泽辣椒”产业高质量发展提供参考依据。Jize county has a history of over 400 years of pepper cultivation and is a well-known and influential traditional pepper production area in northern China.‘Jize Pepper’was selected as one of the national first batch of characteristic agricultural product advantage areas in 2017,awarded the‘National Geographical Indication Product’certification in 2019,and included in the‘Agricultural Brand Fine Cultivation Plan’in 2022.Pepper has become the dominant industry locally,with significant radiating and driving effects.However,issues such as severe degeneration of traditional pepper species,frequent natural disasters and pests,inadequate connection between production and processing,and low added value of products,are restricting the high-quality development of the‘Jize Pepper’industry.Accordingly,a series of strategies are proposed,such as promoting innovation in the seed industry,establishing disaster early warning mechanisms,optimizing the efficiency of pepper production and processing linkage,developing deep processing,and implementing brand cultivation projects,in order to provide references for the high-quality development of the‘Jize Pepper’industry.
