摘 要:采用二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H_(12)MDI)、聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMEG1000)、己二胺(HDA)等原料合成预聚物,再加入催化剂、潜固化剂等制备自触变型单组分聚脲材料。讨论了HDA添加量对单组分聚脲的黏度、抗流挂性能和力学性能的影响,进一步测试了材料的耐老化性能及吸水性能。研究表明,随着HDA用量的升高,单组分聚脲体系的黏度上升,抗流挂性能增加;固化后聚脲材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、硬度上升,断裂伸长率下降;添加预聚体质量分数约0.1%的HDA可满足操作要求,所制备的单组分聚脲材料经4000 h的氙灯老化测试,拉伸强度保持率、撕裂强度保持率仍达到90%以上;泡水前3个月材料的吸水率增加明显,3个月后材料的吸水率趋于平稳,12个月吸水率低于2.3%。The prepolymer was synthesized using dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(H12 MDI),polytetrahydrofuranediol(PTMEG1000),hexanediamine(HDA)and other raw materials,then a self thixotropic one-component polyurea was prepared by adding catalyst and latent curing agent.The effect of HDA content on the viscosity,anti-sagging and mechanical properties of one-component polyurea were discussed,and the aging resistance and water absorption of the material were further tested.The results showed that,with the increase of the amount of HDA,the liquid viscosity of single component polyurea increased and the anti-sagging performance increased.The tensile strength,tear strength,and hardness of cured polyurea materials increased,while the elongation at break decreased.When mass ratio of HDA was about 0.1%,the operational requirement could be met,the tensile strength retention rate and tear strength retention rate of the prepared polyurea material still reached over 90%after undergoing 4000 hours of xenon lamp aging test.The water absorption rate of the material increased significantly in first three months soaking,then tends to stable,and less than 2.3%after 12 months.
