摘  要:对一种水性封闭型多异氰酸酯进行热失重和红外光谱分析,并采用丙酮萃取法对水性封闭型异氰酸酯和聚氨酯乳液的交联反应进行研究。结果表明,通过外推法推导出该水性封闭型多异氰酸酯解封起始温度和峰值温度约为108℃和164℃。当聚氨酯乳液中加入质量分数5%~10%的水性封闭型多异氰酸酯,且固化温度为160~180℃时,其胶膜丙酮萃取率较低,交联固化程度较高。A waterborne blocked polyisocyanate was analyzed by TGA and FT-IR,and the crosslinking reaction between the waterborne blocked polyisocyanate and waterborne polyurethane emulsion was studied using acetone extraction method.The results showed that the initial deblocking temperature and the peak deblocking temperature were 108℃and 164℃by linear fitting of Kissinge equation.The acetone extraction rate of film was lower and the crosslinking degree was better when 5%~10% of waterborne blocked polyisocyanate was added into polyurethane emulsion and cured at 160~180℃.
