摘　　要：新形势下氯碱行业面临碳减排和高值化产品少等制约因素,为解决发展瓶颈,从绿色低碳PVC新路径,氯资源高值、高效循环化模式的探索,耗氯产品多元化、高值化利用开发,氢能资源的创新发展模式构建等方面分析了氯碱行业的创新发展模式及思路。Under the new situation,the chlor-alkali industry is faced with constraints such as carbon emis⁃sion reduction and few high-value products.To solve the development bottleneck,this paper analyzes and expounds the innovative development model and ideas of the chlor-alkali industry from aspects such as the new path of green and low-carbon PVC,the exploration of high-value and efficient recycling mode of chlo⁃rine resources,the diversified and high-value utilization and development of chlorine-consuming products,and the construction of an innovative development model of hydrogen energy resources.
