摘　　要：介绍了工艺气离心压缩机的典型性能控制方案、性能控制与防喘控制相互关系以及整合控制方案,说明了离心压缩机防喘控制系统的硬件配置要求。根据项目实例说明氯气压缩机防喘控制在初始开车阶段的注意要点及防喘回流阀在机组运行时的运行情况,提出了离心压缩机防喘控制的仪表设计要点。This paper introduces the typical performance control scheme of process gas centrifugal compres-sor,the interrelationship between performance control and anti-surge control,and the integrated control scheme.It also explains the hardware configuration requirements of the anti-surge control system for cen-trifugal compressors.According to project examples,the key points for anti-surge control of chlorine com-pressors in the initial startup stage and the operation of the anti-surge reflux valve during unit operation are illustrated.The instrument design key points for anti-surge control of centrifugal compressors are proposed.
