摘　　要：分析了盐化工企业的创新人才数据变化,对盐化工企业的人才引进及培养体系、人才策略、以及人才开发模式等提出了建议,从而有效提升人才资源优势,为企业的可持续发展提供有力保障。The data changes of innovative talents in salt chemical enterprises are analyzed.Suggestions are put forward on the talent introduction and training system,talent strategy,and talent development model of salt chemical enterprises,so as to effectively enhance the talent resource advantages and provide strong sup⁃port for the sustainable development of enterprises.
