摘  要:为了评价船舶管系虚拟装配方案的质量,文章结合管系安装工艺和实际装配过程,综合考虑干涉情况、工艺数值因素、安装因素以及托盘使用情况,提出虚拟装配方案评价指标体系,并进一步提出基于模糊综合评价的虚拟装配方案评价方法。以某邮轮机舱区燃油管系为例,统计其虚拟装配方案的数据,并应用该方法对方案质量进行评估,结果表明:该方法使用效果良好,满足船舶管系装配的要求,能够为实际装配过程提供有利指导。In order to evaluate the quality of the virtual assembly program of the ship′s pipe system,this paper combines the installation process of the pipe system and the actual assembly process,and puts forward the evaluation index system of the virtual assembly program by comprehensively considering the interference situation,numerical factors of the process,installation factors and the use of the pallet,and further puts forward the evaluation method of the virtual assembly program based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Taking the fuel pipe system of a cruise engine room as an example,the data of its virtual assembly scheme are counted,and the method is applied to evaluate the quality of the scheme.The results show that the method is effective,meets the requirements of the ship′s pipe system assembly,and can provide favorable guidance for the actual assembly process.
