摘  要:以具备标准化运输的长条形件杂货为研究对象,参考标准40英尺集装箱以及现有件杂货装卸设备的尺寸结构,设计从存储到装卸分拣的智能设备和一体化系统。通过数值计算、应用CAD构图和三维模型对智慧分拣系统进行结构分析,并配合作业流程标准化设计,提出可适用于长条形件杂货集装箱化的智慧分拣系统实现方案。仿真模拟的结果表明,长条形件杂货集装箱化后箱体立体化堆叠效果可将土地利用率提高1.6~2.4倍,构建的智慧分拣系统能够减少5倍的人力需求并提高近2.4倍的装卸效率。智慧分拣系统的设计打破人工作业能力限制,满足高峰生产作业时段对效率的需求,也为件杂货智慧港口的发展提供了参考方向。In order to solve the slow process of standardization and automation of breakbulk cargo,low efficiency of sorting and loading and unloading and the safety problems caused by manual loading and unloading,to promote the digital transformation of transport sorting and loading and unloading and to realize the construction of smart ports,this paper takes the long strip breakbulk cargo with standardized transport scale as the object of research,and with reference to the standard 40-foot containers and the dimensional structure of the existing general cargo loading and unloading equipment,designs an intelligent equipment and integrated system from storing to loading and unloading and sorting.Through numerical calculation,application of CAD composition and three-dimensional model for intelligent sorting system structure analysis,and with the standardized design of the operation process,this paper proposes the intelligent sorting system realization scheme that can be applied to the containerization of the long strip breakbulk cargo.The results of the simulation show that the containerization of long strip breakbulk cargo can increase the land utilization rate by 1.6-2.4 times,and the smart picking system can reduce the manpower requirement by 5 times and increase the loading and unloading efficiency by 2.4 times.The design of the smart sorting system breaks the limit of manual operation capacity and meets the demand for efficiency during peak production operation hours.The system implementation plan also provides a reference direction for the development of smart ports for breakbulk cargo.
