摘 要:合成了一种含二硫键动态共价键的蓖麻油基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(COPUA),将其与环氧树脂交联共聚制备了UV固化COPUAEP弹性体。为进一步改善弹性体的综合性能,又以聚乙烯亚胺为改性剂,制备了表面富有氨基基团的氨基化氧化石墨烯(PEI-GO),并最终制得系列PEI-GO改性蓖麻油基复合弹性体。分子结构分析表明蓖麻油基活性中间体、PEI-GO等目标产物成功合成。对其力学性能、热性能和形状记忆性能进行了分析,结果表明,由于更好的分散性和基体相容性,掺杂了质量分数1.5%PEI-GO的复合弹性体的热稳定性、力学性能、形状记忆性能均得到明显提升。与未改性的COPUAEP弹性体相比,其拉伸强度提升了28.8%,5%热失重温度为258.48℃,提高73.72℃,四次循环下的形状记忆固定率和形状记忆循环性能明显提升,这种复合弹性体在导电材料、柔性电子器件领域具有广阔的应用前景。The castor oil based polyurethane acrylate(COPUA)containing dynamic covalent disulfide bond was synthesized.Then,the COPUAEP elastomer was prepared by crosslinking and copolymerization of COPUA and epoxy resin.In order to further improve the comprehensive properties of elastomers,aminated graphene oxide(PEI-GO)with rich amino groups on its surface was prepared with polyethylenimine as modifier,and a series of PEI-GO modified castor oil based composite elastomers were finally prepared.The molecular structure analysis showed that castor oil based active intermediates,PEI-GO and other target products were successfully synthesized.The mechanical properties,thermal properties and shape memory properties were analyzed.The results showed that the thermal stability,mechanical properties and shape memory properties of the composite elastomer doped with 1.5 wt%PEI-GO were significantly improved due to better dispersion and matrix compatibility.Compared with the unmodified COPUAEP elastomer,the tensile strength was increased by 28.8%,the 5%thermal weight loss temperature was 258.48℃with an increase of 73.72℃,and the shape memory fixing rate and shape memory cycle performance were significantly improved under the four temperature variable cycle test.The fabricated composite elastomers would possess broad application prospects in the field of conductive materials and flexible electronic devices.
