摘 要:采用湿法成型技术分别制备了以腰果壳油改性酚醛树脂(PF)、双马树脂(BMI)、聚酰亚胺树脂(PI)、双酚A环氧树脂(EP)和苯并恶嗪树脂(BOZ)为粘结剂的5种不同热固性树脂的纸基摩擦材料,分析了温度与时间对纸基摩擦材料中树脂固化度的影响,探讨了树脂类型对纸基摩擦材料剪切强度、压缩回弹性能、动态热力学性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,5种树脂的固化度均随温度提高和时间的延长而增大。以不同树脂为粘结剂的纸基摩擦材料的力学性能有明显差异,其中以BMI为粘结剂的纸基摩擦材料(BMI-F)结构致密,具有最佳的力学性能:样品剪切强度2.28 MPa,压缩回弹性能和热力学性能稳定。同时,BMI-F在2.96、4.50和5.60 MPa下的平均动摩擦系数分别为0.133、0.127和0.121,静摩擦因数分别为0.161、0.157和0.154,磨损率0.89×10^(-8)m^(3)/(N·m),摩擦磨损性能最佳。The paper-based friction materials with five different thermosetting resins of cashew nut shell liquid modified phenolic resin(PF),bismaleimide resin(BMI),polyimide resin(PI),bisphenol A epoxy resin(EP)andbenzoxazineresin(BOZ)asthebinderwere prepared by utilizing wet-forming technology.The effects of temperature and time on the solidification of resins in paper-based friction materials were analyzed.Meanwhile,the influences of different resins on the shear strength,compression rebound performance,dynamic thermomechanical properties,and frictional wear properties of paper-based friction materials were investigated.The results demonstrated that the solidification of the five resins became larger with the increase of temperature and time.The mechanical properties of the paperbased friction materials with diverse resins as the binder were obviously different.Among them,the paper-based friction material(BMI-F)with BMI as the binder had a denser structure with the best mechanical properties:the sample shear strength 2.28 MPa,compression resilience and thermomechanical properties remained stable.At the same time,the average dynamic friction coefficient of BMI-F at 2.96,4.50,and 5.60 MPa was 0.133,0.127,and 0.121,respectively,while the static friction factors was 0.161,0.157,and 0.154,respectively.The wear rate was 0.89×10^(-8)m^(3)/(N·m),presenting the best friction and wear performance.
