补肾活血疏肝汤联合雌激素替代疗法治疗卵巢早衰闭经(肾虚肝郁证)的效果及对月经情况与内分泌激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾活血疏肝汤联合雌激素替代疗法治疗卵巢早衰闭经(肾虚肝郁证)的效果及对月经情况与内分泌激素水平的影响。方法选择2021年2月至2022年12月收治的106例卵巢早衰闭经(肾虚肝郁证)患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各53例。对照组采取雌激素替代疗法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加补肾活血疏肝汤。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的经色、经量、经期及经质评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的雌二醇(E_(2))水平高于对照组,促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积(OV)大于对照组,卵泡数量(FN)多于对照组,卵巢血流收缩期峰值流速(PSV)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血疏肝汤联合雌激素替代疗法治疗卵巢早衰闭经(肾虚肝郁证)的效果满意,可有效改善月经情况,调节内分泌激素水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Shugan decoction combined with estrogen replacement therapy on premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea(kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome)and its influences on menstruation and endocrine hormone levels.Methods A total of 106 patients with premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea(kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome)admitted from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was given estrogen replacement therapy,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Shugan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of menstrual color,menstrual volume,menstrual period and menstrual quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of estradiol(E_(2))in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and ovarian volume(OV)of the observation group were greater than those of the control group,the number of follicles(FN)was more than that in the control group,and peak systolic velocity(PSV)of ovarian blood flow was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Shugan decoction combined with estrogen replacement therapy in the treatment of premature ovarian failure and amenorrhea(kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome)has satisfactory effect.It can effectively improve the menstruation and regulate the level of endocrine hormones.
