基于量化评估策略下的分层护理结合积极暗示对肝硬化患者疾病进展恐惧及康复进程的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于量化评估策略下的分层护理结合积极暗示对肝硬化患者疾病进展恐惧及康复进程的影响。方法选取2021年5月至2023年2月我院收治的200例肝硬化患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(100例,常规护理)及观察组(100例,基于量化评估策略下的分层护理结合积极暗示)。比较两组的疾病进展恐惧、康复进程及满意度。结果护理后,两组的恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP-Q-SF)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的Child-Pugh评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于量化评估策略下的分层护理结合积极暗示可缓解肝硬化患者的疾病进展恐惧,加快康复进程,提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effects of stratified nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy combined with positive suggestion on fear of disease progression and rehabilitation process in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 200 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted in our hospital from May 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group(100 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(100 cases,stratified nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy combined with positive suggestion).The fear of disease progression,rehabilitation process and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the score of Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP-Q-SF)in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Child-Pugh score of the two groups decreased,and that of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Stratified nursing based on quantitative evaluation strategy combined with positive suggestion can alleviate the fear of disease progression in patients with liver cirrhosis,accelerate the rehabilitation process and improve nursing satisfaction.
